01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 49bet ("we", "us", "the platform"). 03 Account Rules

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

49bet supports three payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment channels on the platform. No bank transfers, international cards, or cryptocurrency payments are accepted at this time.

The following limits and conditions apply to all transactions on 49bet:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 49bet account instantly in most cases. Delays of up to 15 minutes may occur during peak hours.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. The average processing time is under two hours.
• The payment account used for withdrawal must be registered in the same name as your 49bet account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

49bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement on 49bet bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game. Slots and arcade games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Check individual promotion pages for game-specific contribution rates.
• Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.

The RNG is independently tested to ensure that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 49bet and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 49bet support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
